Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hastings store is crap The Hastings store was really unhelpful when I was looking for a particular product. They never advise advised me on how to track the item at any other store they just said they weren't able to get the item for me until they were restocked in January. I wanted it for a gift for Christmas. I used the chat app on your page and the person who replied was amazing and helped me to purchase the product from the Palmerston North store. The y were so helpful and assisted me as soon as the chat person contacted me and I had the product on my doorstep in Hastings the following day of being emailed the My offer. Thank you to the Chat app person and Palmerston North salesperson

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My perfect morning with beautiful Americano I think the most important part of coffee machine is precision temperature control when brew coffee and this sunbeam specialty brew drip filter coffee machine does the job. I used Breville aroma coffee machine nearly 10 years and it stoped recently. I was really happy with Breville machine but once i used my new Sunbeam machine, I am even happier and can't live without it. It makes perfect coffee with perfect temperature, keeping for 4hr. Many people commented about brew later option which will be helpful for busy morning. I love cleaning option too. It says use vinegar rather than descaling solution which will save a lot. I can't find any cons and just love love love it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 5-star service for online shopping After searching around for way too long online to find a 30L Soda Stream gas bottle refill, I resorted to phoning. Most places told me they didn't have it and hadn't seen it for a while. When I phoned Harvey Norman, I was immediately put through to the right person. They informed that Soda Stream had stopped making them, but a 60L bottle will still fit a 30L unit. What's more, they were happy to replace my 30L with a 60L for me. It was put to the side for me, a "live invoice" emailed to me, I paid it, organised for click-and-collect, and picked it up the same day. The whole process could not have been smoother and the people I dealt with along the way were friendly and completely accommodating. Thank you for bringing service back to retail and online shopping.

We couldn’t purchase online due to the low level of stock but when I called through to the store, I was sent a link to fulfil the purchase via email. This was really helpful and the person I spoke to was super professional and insightful. The staff in the store were great too when we went to collect. Well done and keep up the great work!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Goldair 8L Desiccant Dehumidifier I'm giving this appliance a top review based on the fact that this dehumidifier is quiet and very efficient - no more wet windows. It is easy to empty and appears easy to maintain plus I didn't have to assemble it upon arrival ( something I hate doing ). Customer service from Harvey Norman was great - this purchase was done entirely over the phone and internet and they were friendly, helpful and efficient.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nelson store saved the day. Helpful staff gave me a live offer in order to avoid crazy shipping cost for one item. The website won't let you do click and collect and delivery. If one of your items had to be delivered then your items that can be click.and collect have to be delivered too. So the live offer done by the store in Nelson had this work-around so I could collect everything and avoid a $75 shipping fee.

So I bought this one for them and had it shipped to them. Dealing with Grace, on the phone only, was wonderful she understood what i was after and worked to make it as easy as possible to get this done. So, thank you Grace from me and my parents.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great machine, worth the money I bought the machine based on a recommendation, it works well and seems to reduce hair growth. I have only used it once. I did feel the sting as if I am getting it done professionally. Results are not immediate, but I imagine it would work over time. In conclusion, it is worth buying and it would make a difference over a long period of time.
