Coverage for an Eligible Fault*
This may include mechanical, electrical and/or electronic failure which becomes apparent from normal use of your product over time, or involves condensation, humidity, corrosion caused by airborne sulphur, internal overheating and dust.
All freight and service call out fees covered
If your product suffers an Eligible Fault, all freight and service call out fees related to assessment, replacement or repair of your product are covered.
Transferable
If you sell or gift your product with Product CareTM, your Product CareTM and any unredeemed benefits of your Product CareTM can be transferred to the new owner of your product.

Our fantastic Electrolux Warming Drawer is "Absolutely Fabulous"[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This warming drawer just ticks all the boxes, it looks great, it is well priced the soft touch controls look fantastic and are simple to use and we love it. Keeping plates warm when serving has been a real bugbear for me and buying a warming drawer was on the cards when we decided to fit a new kitchen. After a lot of research we opted for Electrolux for our warming drawer and we would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a warming drawer. Do yourself a favour and get the best Electrolux for us.

Didn’t think you need it…Think again[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Husband thought it was a waste of money, until he uses it for the first time. Kids at work, placed dinner in warming oven for when they arrive home. Cooking a BBQ, no problem, keep the cooked meat warm whilst the rest is cooking. Roast Dinner, keep in warming drawer while your veges are cooking, especially in these cold winter months. So glad we got one, so many uses.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. A staff member will contact you where this occurs.
Easy returns
If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. We'll even pay for the postage if you live in an area where there is no store. Our returns policy covers any purchased item (
