A disappointing startI was so excited when my new oven was installed. But less than 3 weeks in, as I tried to preheat for the Sunday roast, fault f225 appeared.
Customer care was fabulous and in 36 hrs a service man arrived within the time frame given. Unfortunately it appears the communication between customer care and the service team was lacking and thus as the motherboard to the fan is my issue, and this part isn’t standard in the van. Surely it would not have been too hard to have it “just in case “ it was needed seeing as we had told them the fault number.
So a 2 week wait. I have a time for the repair and can only hope this is a small glitch in a long and fabulous oven ownership.
