She's a beauty![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE LOVE LOVE this oven - we needed to replace our cooktop and oven. I wasn't so sad about the old cooktop going but as a person that regularly bakes and cooks in my oven, I was very sad to have to let my old oven go (but it was time so there you go). Since day 1 of having my new Haier over I have been so pleased - love the self cleaning function, love love the soft sliding rails for racks and generally the look of the oven is so nice. Easy to use and clean - HIGHLY recommended.

Hi there. The steam oven works by using a combination of heat and water to create a humid cooking environment, enhancing cooking results for specific dishes. You add water to a special area within the oven cavity, which then turns to steam. This steam, in conjunction with the oven's heating elements and convection fan, helps lock in moisture and nutrients, cook food more quickly, and produce crispy crusts for baked goods and moist textures for cakes. Hi there. The cashback is done via supplier redemption. You will need to go to the Haier New Zealand website and click on their promotions tab. Complete your details along with invoice details to be eligible for the cashback. The funds are transferred to you from Haier.
Haier recommends adding 180ml of drinking water to the base of the oven cavity before steam cooking. Use only drinking water to fill in the cavity bottom. We trust this helps with your query
