OK, but could have been so much betterA bit disappointed with the SmartThings integration on this. Was told that it included an energy monitor (Which all my other Samsung appliances have) but found that this was not the case. It's also the only Samsung 'smart' device where you still have to do something as basic as manually syncing the time. There was a good opportunity for useful smart features here but Samsung have missed them all.
Also as mentioned by others the wire rack design is pretty bad, I have no idea why you would put a raised lip on the front of these, it's nothing but annoying.

Two separate chembers is a big plus[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It heats up evenly and can be divided two seperate chember that can be individually controlled. I used to have big one chember oven which I felt waste of electeicity for small amount of food. I didn't use the big one much and instrad bought a cheap small oven. But now I can cook small load which is a big plus for me. The control is difficult but I use app to control it.

Solid oven[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works very well. Like that you can use the separator to have a half-oven for smaller items. It does make a lot of beeping noises to let you know it's reached the set temp, or finished cooking, which are tricky to turn off.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. A staff member will contact you where this occurs.
Easy returns
If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. We'll even pay for the postage if you live in an area where there is no store. Our returns policy covers any purchased item (
