Ineffective product.
Poor for deep frying, even on the highest setting. Tried frying dough and it will not move past a light blonde colour, despite being in the hot oil for longer than usual. The dough just simmers, rather than fries, in the oil. Have tried adding less to the pan at once, to see if that makes a difference, but it doesn’t. Such an inconvenient and destructive process (to the surrounding stone) to replace if I wanted to. Frustrated to be stuck with it. Very disappointing.

Quicker than gas
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We always had gas cooking and moving into a new house with just a normal electric cooktop was a bit of a challenge.
This was solved by replacing the cooktop with the power lite induction. It was a straight swap without having to change the wiring. It boils water almost instantly and has proved to be quicker than gas. A great product.

Love my oven and cook top!

It’s safe around my kinds and no chance of my cats getting burnt from walking on it if they are being naughty and walking along the benchtop.
