Not powerful from
Ineffective product.Poor for deep frying, even on the highest setting. Tried frying dough and it will not move past a light blonde colour, despite being in the hot oil for longer than usual. The dough just simmers, rather than fries, in the oil. Have tried adding less to the pan at once, to see if that makes a difference, but it doesn’t. Such an inconvenient and destructive process (to the surrounding stone) to replace if I wanted to. Frustrated to be stuck with it. Very disappointing.
