Sleek and Beutiful
Its big and beautiful all 90cm of my Series 7 5 Zone induction hob with 2 smart zones, its so easy to use just slide your finger along the red light until you have the level of heat you want, I can use a fish kettle in the smart zones or a big wide pan for making jam. If the family come over for dinner theres lots of for extra pans and its a dream to clean, just wipe over with a damp cloth. Its everything I want from a hob. It was very well packed and the delivery team informed me of time and date of arrival with follow up calls along the way. I was very impressed with the high standard of service I received along the way.

Fast, easy to use and clean
We hesitated in changing from gas to induction but needed cabinetry above the cooktop to be as low as possible which meant electric. So glad we did, this is seriously fast to heat and has that same instant control of gas. Super neat and because the glass never gets real hot nothing seems to stick even if it boils over etc. Hard to rate the quality given its only 3 months old. If there is anything that could be improved it might be the size of the picture for the hot plates. They are fine for us but for anyone with any sort of visual impairment they would be far too small.

Easy to clean, good on the eyes
The 1-10 power is odd as 1-4 seem the same 5-6 hotter but the same, and 7-8 a hotter again but hard to tell apart. 9 is hot and 10 (P) is very impressive and heats up a lot faster than our gas cooktop. I think a low/medium /hot and power mode would be easier as it does also have 2 keep warm features which seem the same ? It does suck some juice and needed to be hardwired to the fuse box with a 32 amp fuse ! its over 9000W if you fire it up so watch that meter spin. We have solar panels so it covers cooking if the sun is shining so I'm not fussed.

Easy to use cooktop
We have been using our cooktop for a few months now and are very happy with its performance. It is very easy to use and clean, and the temperature controls work very well for us. When we bought the house it came with a gas cooktop and I could never get the heat low enough for a simmer. This is no longer a problem as you can go from a light simmer to high heat with a very good range in between. Having the large cooking zone to the left hand side keeps it nicely clear of the other cooking zones. We have no negatives or complaints at all.

Fisher and paykel induction cooktop round 2.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second fisher and paykel induction cooktop, I bought the 4 zone 90cm induction and I love the brand, bought everything in my kitchen fisher and paykel, but stay clear of that product.
This product is great, the zones are now wide enough you cook the whole pot or pan, not just a little area. Every zone is larger. Love how easy it is to clean and to control the heat. Can leave things on for simmer for a very long time. Highly recommend it if your looking for induction.

Easy transition to a new way of cooking
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As part of a kitchen refresh, we decided to update the gas cooktop with induction.
The F&P Series 7 5 Zone cooktop gave us the features we needed at a fair price - particularly the ability to pair cook zones, the simple and responsive controls, the easy to clean surface, and the speed of getting pots and pans to the heat you want.
While there was some trepidation about giving up ‘tried & true’ gas, migrating to induction has been easy.

Incredible induction cooktop
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from a F&P natural gas cooktop. Once you go Induction you'll never go back to anything else. This cooktop is fast and efficient, a pot of water will be boiling under 'P'ower mode within a minute. Conversely, the melt-chocolate feature means I no longer have to use a glass bowl on top of pot of simmering water. Ensure you have the recommended airflow in the cabinetry since the unit requires active cooling.
