Overall I am very disappointed in the product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed the original oven in August 2020. There were issues from the start - electronic issues - and F&P eventually agreed to replace the oven. The replacement was installed in June 2021. I have had The Oven Repair Man back to fix the handle of the oven - it was loose. I am not happy with the performance of the replacement - specifically uneven cooking, noisy fan motors with a continuous rattle while the oven is operating.

Free standing design issues
A disappointing purchase as the gas hobs are placed backwards; the small gas cookers in the back & the larger ones in the front. The oven does not cook evenly, nor does it get adequately hot. Even at 220 degrees, it will not create a crust on roasts. The glass door has open edges so anything can fall between the 2 glass surfaces =cleaning ridiculously difficult. The hot oven exhaust comes out the front !

The stainless steel finish sits well in my kitchen The oven is easy to use.The clever pull out shelves are a real hit with me. The quick heat up time has made life in my kitchen a breeze. I am finding the hob easy to keep clean. All in all I couldn’t ask for more.

A Joy To Cook

Really happy with this purchase. Love the warming drawer , telescopic shelves and clever flexible options and the digital option showing the oven temp. The oven is very wide and takes multiple dishes easily.
