It dries clothes efficiently without overheating them, which helps protect fabrics—especially delicates. The 8-star energy rating really stands out and makes a difference on the power bill. It runs quietly, offers a good range of drying programs, and the auto-sensing feature stops the cycle once clothes are dry—no more over-drying or wasting energy. My only minor gripe is that drying can take a bit longer compared to vented dryers, but that’s expected with heat pump models. Great for energy-conscious homes that want reliable, fabric-friendly drying.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Pleased I bought this a few days ago. First load: 2 cotton double sheets, 4 cotton pillowcases. Wet weight 4.5kg. Set to "Cotton". Took 2 hours. Perfectly dry, not very wrinkled. Second load: pair of jeans, 2 shirts, 1 tshirt, several undies, 1 bra, 1 bath and 1 hand towel, 3 hankies, 2 pair worksox. Wet weight 5kg. Set on "Mixed". Took 1 hour 40 minutes. Perfectly dry, not very wrinkled. Drier is quiet and doesn't heat up the room (corner of kitchen/dining). Very happy with the product, but this is only Day Two...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Used once, door cracked and cut my finger Used this once, went to use for a second time and after loading noticed weird lines on the door. Ran my finger over it and cut my finger. Glass door had completely cracked in multiple places. Not impressed. Only just got it in the house. Shame as I wanted a matching set but have had issues with front of haier wanted rusting under the detergent drawer. Works well but these two issues are letting the brand down for me.

My electricity bill has gone up considerably, when it was supposed to reduce my bill. I have asked for refund due to the fault and have been denied. Worst dryer I've ever had the company isn't much better.

This haier unit had great reviews and was good value (for a heat pump dryer). I’m extremely happy with the unit - it’s big and heavy (measure first if putting on a bench!) but dries far better than the old vented units and is quieter.

Hi there. Due to the weight of heat pump condenser dryers, they cannot be wall mounted. The dryer will need to be stacked on top of a same size or slightly lager front loader washing machine to maintain stability. We trust this helps with your query
