Love this machine
I've now owned this 10kg heat pump dryer for about a month now and have put it through its paces. A 10kg load can dry in as little as 1 1/2 hour depending on the load.
I've even done my super king bedding. To my disappointment it does ball up. Don't believe sales staff saying it reverse tumbles. It doesn't, however the bedding came out dry. I did stop the cycle twice to untangle. Overall I'm happy with my purchase it's almost as fast as drying as the 4 star vented I had. Good job LG. Just wished it reversed tumbled

The best dryer that ticks all the boxes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I initially had washing/dryer combo(condenser dryer) It took 6-7hours to dry with anything. so I purchased the F&P vented dryer which generated too much humidity in my house and also expensive to run everyday during the wet season. I decided to invest $$ to replace to the LG heat pump dryer. I used pretty much everyday for 2-3months and my energy bill was actually lower than when I had the vented dryer using only a couple of times in a week. It’s is really cost effective way to dry the clothes and it does dry clothes really well. Also it’s very quiet to run and sometimes I forget that the dryer is on. And LG was the only company makes the heat pump dryer over 10kg so this was perfect machine for my family of 4. Highly recommend this dryer.

Arrived damaged and scratched!
The unit arrived damaged and scratched and wasn't installed properly (had to do half of it myself) which was very frustrating. Otherwise, it's okay, doesn't seem to really sense when clothes are dry very well (yes on the sensor modes). Leading to overdrying or clothes coming out still damp. Energy consumption doesn't actually show any useful data on the app, it should show my KWh usage minimum! Usable but lots of disappointments mean I can't recommend it like I usually would with LG products.

Truly satisfied with ample of wash cycles
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With such good capacity, this machine fits all are clothes,i.e., be it whites or multi-colour, cotton, silk, linen, doona, pillows or pillowcases, towels, etc. Using only a fraction of washing powder, all cycles result in clean and fresh laundry. The technology allows to keep track of remaining cycles before the drum cleaning cycle is due. It also reports on energy usage. Overall extremely satisfied with this purchase.

Ok machine
I got this dryer as I needed something big enough to dry my bedding and towels as I have a disability and am unable to hang them on the line. It dryer clothes most times but when it cones to bedding it seems impossible. They come out in a damp ball every time. I have put dryer balls and even shoes in to prevent them balling up with no luck. I'm so disappointed with this dryer.

Can't dry bedding
Hi. We purchased this dryer a week ago and needed to have a catch up of bedding with many loads to do. To our disappointment we discovered it is impossible to dry any sheets or doona covers without it balling up. We found we had to continuously monitor the sheet balling then stop and start the dryer many times to untangle. This happens so much and at the end of the drying cycle all sheets are still quite damp. We even put in one sheet at a time with no luck. Forget even trying to dry flannel sheets. We are using the duvet cycle (per instruction book) and even tried a delicate cycle to see if it would move slower with less tangle. The reason this is a surprise is that our previous 10kg heat vented dryer had no problem drying sheets and all came out dry and without tangle. We are perplexed on why such a nice highend dryer and supposedly 10kg can't do this properly. We weren't informed of this disadvantage when purchasing it. Thank you.

Best dryer ever

Looks fantastic with the matching washer and does an amazing job. The 'iron dry' option actually dries items to the point that its easy to iron. Love it.
