Pefect in every way!! Almost!!
Decided to go in for the Heat Pump Dryer mainly due to fact that they don’t need a vent. Been using this dryer 3-4 times a week and I am happy with my purchase for the most part. Would absolutely recommend. Set up was easy although the LG ThinQ app could be finicky at times. Also does not help that the power button has to be manually pressed so that the dryer can be operated remotely via the app which beats the purpose of the app. Performance wise it is absolutely perfect. Has the usual drying cycles and settings and I absolutely love the black steel color. Very quiet operation. I close my laundry door when in operation and I can’t hear a thing. Would definitely recommend.

I like the internal led light when the door is open. I like the amount of technology that comes with this dryer… HOWEVER, I think the duvet setting should have a reverse function to the spin. My quilt cover just tumbled up into a ball, it took me two cycles to try and get it dry, eventually I took it out and hung it on a door. I think there should be an optional blue led drum light in both the washer and dryer when on, it looks cool, and people would like it lol. The condenser is great. There is also a strip at the back side where you can see the stainless steel back which we thought was odd. The plastic casing should run flush to the wall like the washing machine.

Handle big load of drying easily
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time we own a condensed heat pump dryer,we get the best result out of it,at extra drying option it can dry big load of my 3 children school uniform as well as my wife's and my daily clothes easil within 1hour and 20 mins,they all come out perfectly dry,we own 11kg LG washing machine it runs very quietly and nicely,so after the wash is finished, we put all clothes out of that into the dryer without split the load,the dryer can handle very well,now we no longerhave to worry about rainy days,we are very satisfied with LG washing machine and dryer and looking forwards to have an other LG product,namely Dish Washer

Great buy
I bought this package deal over a week ago. Both washer and dryer work wonderfully and smoothly. The dryer is very quiet as I never had this kind of dryers before. Very happy with this purchase.

First Dryer that will last long for my life.

Great dryer but no reverse tumble
Bought the heat pump dryer this week and works great. Biggest issue is drying sheets. There doesn’t seem to be a reverse tumble setting and everything balls up and doesn’t dry inside. For a premium model/price I thought this would be a standard feature
