It's a beast!I have to admit; as dryers go I have very little experience. This is in fact the very first one I have ever owned and that is due to mainly hearing the stories of high electricity costs. Power bills aside as I have yet to receive one as of writing this review, I can say that so far I am pleasantly surprised. The setup (after removing the entire packaging first of course) is literally plug it in and turn it on. No pipes to install, no vents to worry about and only one lint collector to slide in!
Push the power button, choose the setting you want by a large and easy to read knob, hit the go button, that's it. There are more advanced features but seriously I don't even use them (well, not yet anyway). It's an 8kg capacity beast that does what it says it does with no effort.
Would I recommend it? You betcha I would. If you're in the market check it out.

Overall A Great Dryer![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the dark grey aesthetic and simple operation. Been using for a few weeks and can say it’s been an adjustment moving from vented dryers as the heat pump uses longer cycles for energy efficiency and better fabric care. Definitely one of the first things I noticed was how my clothes don’t feel excessively dried out after a cycle. Quiet operation is also a great plus! Do wish it had a better sensors for how dry clothes are as I have sometimes opened it and found one or two things slightly damp, but not the end of the world.
Keen to try out the rack as that looks like a promising feature too. Would highly recommend.

Value for money[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first heat pump dryer after using vented dryers before. I’m really happy with the drying speed, minimized wrinkling, and also most importantly the sensors control (although sometimes they seemed not working and the dryer was running for longer time than required). I tried different drying cycles but I’m only satisfied with the cotton cycle, as I feel the clothes or beddings remain wet with other cycles. The drain hose is not easy to connect but it seems this the case with other brands as well, I don’t know why they don’t make it simple like washing machines drain hose.
All in all I’m happy with it, and it’s value for money.

Pretty disappointedI have had a fair few dryers being that I have ran a hair salon for 17 years I have had condenser dryers to vent dryers, so I decided to give the heat pump a try, and being honest I’m not happy that the towels, clothing , sheets etc don’t dry fully ? I have tried every setting, adjusted the heat, tried restarting and it just keeps turning off after 5 mins as if obviously thinks they are dry ? This is a real issue, and have only had the dryer for less then a week ! Shame on you Westinghouse

Very Good Dryer for the price[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the Westinghouse 8kg EasyCare 700 series heat pump dryer, and I’m extremely happy with it. The delivery was timely, and I was able to install it myself without any hassle. It has been drying clothes exceptionally well – such a complete change from our previous dryer. It’s efficient, easy to use, and feels like a great upgrade for our home. Highly recommended!

Great dryer[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've just replaced a previous Westinghouse dryer which last 19.5 years! We've only had this new one for 2 weeks but really happy with the functionality of this dryer. It's quiter and much more energy efficient then the old one, drys clothes perfectly and great large capacity being 8kg. Happy so far! Hoping it'll last for years to come.

So many features[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dryer a while ago and due to little rain in Queensland over the last few months, I didn't get to use it until a week ago. I was super impressed with how the machine adjusts the drying time to suit the load once it starts. Clothes came out almost wrinkle fee and not burning hot like old time dryers. Well worth it.
