Best Dryer I Have Had!![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first heat pump dryer, I've always had vented dryers, so was a bit hesitant at buying a heat pump dryer. But I absolutely love it! I don't find it takes that much longer to dry a load. The washing comes out super soft & it doesn't shrink my clothes!! Love that it has a favourites setting so I can save the cycle I use & then get my son or husband to put the washing into the dryer & they just have to select favourite setting & then it's on. No lint everywhere in my laundry room anymore, the lint filter is easy to access & clean. It doesn't steam up my laundry room, so no condensation running down the walls. Over all a great easy to use economical dryer. Would definitely recommend to others. Westinghouse after sales service is the best I've ever had too!!

Has a quiet hum. Love the internal drum light when turning on/off. Features and functions good. Love the manual functions to set extra dry time. Love the black design. So far am happy!!

Bad Instructions and Tool missing[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought it, Instructions are not adequate and tool not supplied inside drum to unlock the drum transit nuts before use. Have dried 2 cotton loads, takes longer, but did a good job as clothes don't seem to get hot at all. Not really sure how to use all the feature yet. Can't see how to reset time.

Very DisappointingImpossible to use. I purchased this heat pump dryer to update my 20yr old dryer. This was recommended as very user friendly. 5 page booklet provided is basic. Read online booklet but not very helpful. Rang Westinghouse and no one able to help. No online videos available. So frustrated with this dryer!! Worst purchase I have ever made.

no shrinkage of clothes[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i brought this dryer around 1 month ago not happy with the drying it thats so long to dry anything up to 3 hours per load as well no sensor so the dryer will stay on even when cloths are dry the only good thing is it dosen't shrink the cloths i guess due to very low heat

Clear as mudThe instructions for unlocking the drum (a critical task) are as clear as mud. Where is the key? How many locks are there? The instructions say LOCKS (plural), but there is only one on the back. To save customers time and worry, take another five minutes preparing and QA'ing the implementation documentation.
