Doesn't live up to expectationsRegretful purchase. The first machine was returned the same day due to the belt falling out of the bottom of it.
The second machine has a burnt rubber smell after every use. Currently waiting on serviceman to attend, in the meantime my family has clothes that smell of burnt rubber.
Lucky the service teams response time is great because I think im going to have them on speed dial.

Not ImpressedI bought this machine a month ago. The features are not user friendly and takes a long time to do a cycle unless you pick intelli cycle.
If you want to do a was 50’ etc takes over 2.5 hours, upon picking all the pre programmed cycles they range from 2.5-5 hours which isn’t ideal for a family washing machine. The temperatures are topped per pre programmed cycle.
I wouldn’t purchase again.

Poor spin cycle[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only downside to this washer is that you can’t set the desired time and temp. The highest spin cycle is 1400 which isn’t enough - clothes are a little too wet.
Positive - 12kg is a great size.
