Disappointing washing cycles[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine 2 months ago and I'm really disappointed with its washing cycles. Washing programs either very long or very short i.e. Cotton cycle takes unbelievably 4 hours and there is no option for time save like other brands or previous Electrolux models (Cotton Eco takes even 5 hours!); on the other hand the fast intelligent cycle takes 15-39 minutes with a max temperature of 30 C which I found almost wash nothing and has very short spining phase. Additionally, the 1400rpm spinning speed can only be selected when doing the lengthy cotton cycle, while for all other programs the maximum spinning speed is 1000-1200rpm and running very short resulting in poor water extraction. Rinse and Spin cycle takes 1 hour! This is used to be 18 minutes in my 8 years old machine which was quieter during spinning by the way. All in all, the machine looks rigid but it's been ruined by its washing cycle programs. I urge Electrolux to come up with a software update through mobile app to fix it ASAP, at least add some sort of cycle customisation in terms of temp, spinning, and cycle length.
