Owned for approx 3 months and very impresses
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Large enough for queen bed woollen underlay. We tend to stick to one of two programs either cotton eco or mixed. Cotton eco takes approx 60 mins and the 1400rpm spin gets things as dray as possible before they go onto the clothesline. Very quiet and hasn't skipped a beat in the few months we have owned it where it has done on average 2 loads per day, every day! We don't use the majority of its features such as connecting it to a phone. One very nice feature is the wide gap in the door gasket which allows air to circulate and dry out, reducing mould growth AND ease of picking out coins, screws, nails etc.

LG THIN WASHING MACHINE
I own a 10kg LG washing machine that is amazing.
The barrel is massive and fits a super king comfoter in no problems.
When i purchased this new 10kg LG machine for son online, I thought the 10kg sz was all the same,but unfortunately not...
I should have done my research because this is a LG Thin. The barrel sz is more like a 5kg in my opinion .
There is no chance he can fit his suoer king comfoter in the washing machine like my LG 10kg.
My mistake and it will definitely do him for now being a single man but time comes for a family, i dare say he will need to upgrade

I bought this machine thinking LG was a great brand,boy wasn't i wrong.
This machine is absolutely a piece of craft,a 38 minute cycle takes it over and hour plus to complete, it doesn't rinse properly it keeps the washing liquid or powder in the machine no matter how much or how little you use and wether its powder or liquid this machine is crap.
There is no such thing as a hour an hour cycle, and yesterday I put in 6 bath towels and it told me it was off balance, when its meant to take 10 kilos
I have had cheaper washing machines that were fantastic, this machine is going in the scrap heap
DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE,ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A BUSY MOTHER

Can't set cycle time
This machine is ridiculous. We would normally set a wash to run a 60 minute cycle, but this machine doesn't give any time options. We put in some clothes, it figures out how much is in there, then sets it's own time (apparently minimum 3 hour cycle). We could normally get several loads done in a day, but with this new machine, we can only get one done. Terrible for a family machine if you need to do multiple loads per day, wish we had have known before buying it or could return it for something else.
Also, it's a 10kg machine but every wash mode says it supports 5kg or less. How are we supposed to use it at full capacity?!
Also, tried to login using the app to see if I could change any time settings, but the app won't let me create a user to even login.
Really expected better.

Leaking
Bought this machine last may 16 2023, two weeks in and after few washes, its now leaking from underneath, already scheduled for a repair (which i dont know when since i havent heard from them yet), and now im back on doing our laundry at laundromat, very very disappointed. Especially for a family of 5 where we have huge amount of laundry every week.
This was supposed to be an upgrade from our very basic, entry model, samsung 7kg front loader which we had for 7 years, now this, 2 weeks, 2 short weeks, and im back doing laundry outside on a winter months. Good job LG.

LG 10kg Front Load Washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this during the recent lockdown to replace an ageing and lower capacity machine. It met all the requirements I was looking for in value for money, capacity, conservative water consumption, ease of use and a reputable brand that was transparent about where it is manufactured.
I was aware this particular model comes in a grey design, but to be honest the white looks great and it does the same thing for less.
The initial setup was very easy to follow and I had it installed and washing in no time at all.
The AI wash selection is quite handy as well as having a broad selection of washing options to choose from without being over complicated.
A standout design feature for me would have to be the door. I have seen other similar (if not larger) capacity machines that don’t have doors as large as this.
It makes for loading/unloading things like bedding very easy. Which is a no brainer with King bedding.
The door is also very solid and easy to open and close, fitting sleekly into the design without feeling like it’s inclusion was an afterthought.
The water and power consumption are also excellent when comparable to other machines in this price range. Which was important for me when considering running costs and how much water I’d be using.
I use it approximately 4-5 times a week for varying load types with a family of 4 and honestly can’t fault it.

LG 10kg washing machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my 10kg LG washing machine for nearly 2 months. I upgraded from a Samsung 8.5kg. I love it. Easy to use, fits my king size duvet in it comfortably, even able to wash dog beds in it. Quick wash option for 30 mins is great. Highly recommend this machine. You would be surprised the difference from a 8.5kg to a 10kg size. Family of 4 with 2 dogs.

Faulty and low functioning
Pretty disappointed with this one so far. The machine doesn’t add softener or detergent from the right side of the draw so I have to time it to run back and add softener mid way through a wash. The digital control pad is slow to respond and is really clunky eg when I want to change spin it will change the water temperature instead. Looks good, but wouldn’t recommend if you want a machine that works!
