Ruined so many clothes
Had this washing machine for 6 months and had so many tops and shirts ruined by this machine washing marks in even on a cold wash. Does not have a setting for a standard 60 minute wash either, only 30 minutes or full wash.

Loud and vibrates a lot throughout cycle
I bought this based on quality and reputation of LG brand and good price. There were no reviews at time so relied on this.
Unfortunately I think price has compromised quality on this model as it is loud and vibrates a lot despite ensuring flat surface balanced loads and all other trouble shooting tips.
I recommend spending extra for better tried and tested model. I would upgrade if possible
