It washes lots of clothes, however when its full capacity (11kg), i have noticed that it leaves dry laundry powder all over the clothes which is very annoying. So i have to only fill it 3/4 to make sure this does not happen. Other than that its a reliable machine with many washing options and is very quiet when its on. The steam wash is a addon feature, however i did not like it and prefer a traditional wash. It was very easy to setup in the laundry under our dryer and doesnt take up much space

They include all the latest tech in their products. They make sure the build quality is exceptional. This washer does not dissapoint. It has AI smart system built in. It has a quick wash cycle. It can wash from your smallest clothes to large doonas. It uses minimal water. It has excellent energy stars. It is cheaper compared to similiar offerings from other brands. It has samsungs 2 year warranty. It is easy to install. Ive think we have ticked all rhe boxes now

Samsung lover!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washing machine, and it was just amazing. I loved that I could customise the wash and have more control of each load. I also loved that I could see everything on my phone, having a Samsung phone, Samsung fridge Family Hub, and other smart Samsung products. It really was the best machine I've had. I was super sad when I sold it; I wasn't able to go back to Samsung due to costs, but next time I upgrade, I'll be going back to this one, as nothing compares.

I bought the same brand again because it did such a good job the first time and never let me down. I received the appliance a few days after I ordered it. The guys took my old one (due to samsung appliance trade in program) & installed the new one so I was stoked. It has so many options to choose from. It was easy to clean and quiet so we can use it while kids are taking a nap

So i went looking for something that has both and found this. Its a smart appliance that washes well, has a few washing cycles including a quick wash and added function of steam wash for sterilization. The smart function is added value which enhances the usefullness of the appliance. It also is great because it has a 11kg total capacity as we did want something large

Our favourite appliance so far

The price was right compared to other competitors and we chose this model based on the multiple user reviews who highly recommended this. This washer is cheap to run for both water and electricity. We could see the difference in the bills too. It has multiple programs so we can wash all our clothes. Its 11kg so we only have to do one wash. Its a brilliant machine and we are so glad we chose it.
