Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't bother I bought my 1st ever front loader after my top loader finally died after 16 years. Little did we know that water was dripping from the seal on the door and pooling on the ledge below resulting in the machine's metal casing rusting under the paintwork. Also it kept throwing out error codes when trying to spin the clothes. I have had the repair people out 2 times to fix the error codes.I also tried to claim the rust issue but was advised that I should wipe the front of my machine after every use and the casing of the macine is not covered under warranty. Avoid this machine at all costs.

However the length of time most of the settings take and the poor drainage after a spin cycle has left me regretting buying this machine. I have a large family and can tell you now, that 4 regular sized towels is all this 10kg machine is capable of washing and spinning at an acceptable standard. 4 TOWELS!!! Any more than that and it won't spin them dry enough to hang or put in the dryer. I presume this is not normal, but in saying that, this is my first front loading washing machine, maybe they are all thus bad?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Silent wash [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a 10kg washing machine it takes up very little space. Slick and clean lines make it easy to clean. Clothes wash well and come out clean and fresh and it is incredibly quiet. So in tiny space you would not really notice it washing. I was originally gutted I had to get a new washing machine after my 30 year old whirlpool finally was laid to rest. So I did not have to think about which brand to choose with my last Whirlpool being sensational. I have not owned new machine long but had a back log of washing and put it to work. It did not disappoint.

I've always had front loaders but this tops all of the previous ones that I've owned in the past. So VERY happy with the performance and the additional options eg. Steam, sensor etc. The clothes come out so clean and fresh and that is just using the 30 minute quick wash. No pilling at all. I throw all of my woolens in on the wool wash and they are perfect, no shrinking! All of my washing comes virtually crease free so no ironing! I would recommend this washing machine highly.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Better options out there by far! Very average washer. 1200 spin speed is slow for comparative priced models, as well as it's highest temp is lower than other options. On top of that is the out of the box fault of moving fins in the drum which they call ok and wont do anything about, but all reviews and comments lead that this fault leads to broken fins and catching clothes down the line. Buy something else, much better options for the price, value, and level of service.

I was disappointed with this machine, as it doesn't seem to wash well, I sometimes have to put it through the spin cycle again to wring out the clothes. It doesn't seem to fit alot in the drum, so I'm doing more loads.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from A huge disappointment So disappointed with this purchase. Had a Whirpool before that was much better and had a 1200 spin cycle. This takes more washing 10kg but only has an 800 spin cycle! Washing comes out wet even when not fully loaded. Winter is going to be a nightmare as line washing will take longer and with high electricity prices one doesn’t want to run the dryer. Only had it a week and will never buy anything like this machine again.
