Disappointed
I bought this over a year ago now and expected big things. However the length of time most of the settings take and the poor drainage after a spin cycle has left me regretting buying this machine. I have a large family and can tell you now, that 4 regular sized towels is all this 10kg machine is capable of washing and spinning at an acceptable standard. 4 TOWELS!!! Any more than that and it won't spin them dry enough to hang or put in the dryer. I presume this is not normal, but in saying that, this is my first front loading washing machine, maybe they are all thus bad?

Purchased this wonderful machine a month ago. I've always had front loaders but this tops all of the previous ones that I've owned in the past. So VERY happy with the performance and the additional options eg. Steam, sensor etc. The clothes come out so clean and fresh and that is just using the 30 minute quick wash. No pilling at all. I throw all of my woolens in on the wool wash and they are perfect, no shrinking! All of my washing comes virtually crease free so no ironing! I would recommend this washing machine highly.

Not really impressed
I bought it 2 months ago, because I had one for 12 years and loved it!!
I was disappointed with this machine, as it doesn't seem to wash well, I sometimes have to put it through the spin cycle again to wring out the clothes. It doesn't seem to fit alot in the drum, so I'm doing more loads.

A huge disappointment
So disappointed with this purchase. Had a Whirpool before that was much better and had a 1200 spin cycle. This takes more washing 10kg but only has an 800 spin cycle! Washing comes out wet even when not fully loaded. Winter is going to be a nightmare as line washing will take longer and with high electricity prices one doesn’t want to run the dryer. Only had it a week and will never buy anything like this machine again.

No great features. Very disappointing machine
Worst machine I have ever used or purchased. Small loads or single items do not spin. Clothes stay wringing wet. Can't hand wash and spin as machine will not spin singles. Times on programs are incorrect. The time on panel is always wrong and goes much longer than displayed time. Minimal small xap of liquid still leaves bubbles in machine st end of loads. Casing on machine already cracking after being purchased in August 2024. Would definitely not recommend this machine to anyone

Worst decision
I brought this recently in July a couple weeks ago and I’m horrified. I was told and guaranteed it would be a great fit for what I was looking for. It’s been nothing of that except the capacity size. I wanted something with steam or that would work well with allergies and the only cycle I can use the steam function takes 3 hours! I was not told this when purchasing. The wash cycles are far too long, the rubber door seal has an awful smell since the I unboxed it, the spin cycle sucks as the cloths still come out wet. I’m so disappointed because what I described and wanted, this is nothing to that description. If I had of known how long the special feature cycles were I would not have purchased. Even if you change the water temperature the cycles are still over an hour and that defeats the purpose of wanting to use the hot wash. It’s loud and noisey. For the price you pay for this you’d want to be using more than one feature on a machine, but that’s all i can use so I might as well have brought a cheap machine quarter of the price!
Do not recommend.

Terrible
I brought this front loader about 6 to 8 months ago. First front loader and never again. I absolutely hate it. Makes load noises while spinning. A lot of washes I have to spin and drain again as they are still wet. The loads are sooo long. Some loads do t even feel like they have been cleaned. Forever cleaning the rubber and to top it off. It stinks. So disappointed. Makes me so upset I
