Rated 1 out of 5 by Sue25 from Disappointed So disappointed. First machine leaked from door, spin cycle on mixed or cotton cycle was worse than 2nd machine and separate spin cycle added water. New machine spin cycle is still dreadful. On 1400rpm still have to put clothes/towels/sheets on separate spin cycle of 1400rpm as they’re so wet and heavy. After separate spin cycle they’re a bit better but still really wet. Sometimes can’t put towels in dryer too wet.

Got a 2nd machine couple of days after first machine. We have to put on a separate spin after washing as clothes/towels/sheets still so wet after wash cycle and a spin of 1400rpm. Even after separate spin of 1400rpm the clothes sheets and towels are still really wet and heavy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: - Great size for the price - Easy installation - Reasonable number of washing programs - Clean and effective wash Cons: - Some programs are insanely long (e.g., eco cotton program takes 5 hours, or drum clean program takes about 3 hours!) - I'd prefer a stainless steel door instead of cheap plastic but in that price range, that's what you get! - There is no option to turn off the beeping sound when selecting programs (not an issue but sometimes it gets annoying)

It is considered a consumable that i have to pay for. would not recommend. Should have stayed with Samsung as my last one lasted 7+ years
