Surprisingly Quiet and Handy for Light Loadsnitial impressions: The machine operates very quietly when new, though it does become slightly louder after about a month of use. That said, the noise level remains quite tolerable and not overly disruptive.
Performance: Drying large loads takes a long time and can be inefficient. However, for smaller loads, it performs much better—completing a wash and dry cycle in about an hour. That said, clothes are not completely dry afterward and usually still need to be air-dried for several hours (up to six) to finish the job.
Pros:
Very quiet operation, especially when new
Quick wash-and-dry option for small loads
Cons:
Takes a long time to dry large loads
Even small loads may require extra air-drying time

Brilliantly quiet and a space and energy saver.Lovely quiet machine, cleans clothes brilliantly, perfect for an overnight run as the wash and dry cycle can take up 7 hours to have a completely dry load. To earn the 5th star a reduction in wrinkles in cottons would help. The 3 short wash cycles , 15, 49, and 60 minute cycles are perfect to freshen up and clean your clothes.

Love at first wash!Love this machine! I don't have huge loads and for smaller household like ours it's perfect. Refresh 60 cycle can do a smallish load (a set of bath towels + a few smaller items) in less than 2hrs both washing and drying. You can adjust drying time anywhere between 1-4hrs which is really handy as well as I don't like my stuff crispy dry. Some reviews mentioned clothes come out wrinkled and it takes forever to run a cycle - that's if you leave it on highest settings. Just change the drying time and problem solved!
I also love the UV light addition - great for those who have pets or obsessed about hygiene in general. And, of course, the app control is amazing - the Wash Assist can help select the best program for the type of items you washing and gives you insights into electricity/water usage which comes in handy. And lastly, it is whisper quiet! You will be standing right next to it on the drying cycle and you can barely hear it! Great machine for the price (especially when its on sale!)
