Rated 1 out of 5 by Chris from Three failures in less than 3 years Three failures in less than 3 years. First the row of lights on the control board that indicate several functions failed. Then the wash selection dial stopped working. Then the Start/Pause cycle failed. LG is not calling back as they promised. One time I called LG I was connected to a fellow customer with a broken machine, not an agent. Don't waste your money on this machine.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Savvymum from Wouldn't waist time Brought 18months ago within the first 12months under warranty luckily I had to get lg to replace the pump as it wouldn't pump out water. And once again this is playing up, it also barely washes the clothes doesn't get them wet enough and doesn't really clean just makes it smell better sometimes. Worst washing machine I won't even bother with the dryer side as then the shortest cycle is like 3++ hi ours and I used to be able to wash and dry a load with a dryer in less then 2. Horrible machine

Rated 1 out of 5 by Davoski from So much promise but terrible reliability Really disappointed in this unit. I have had LG washers before this combo unit and they generally worked well. At the time we bought this, there weren't many options for combo units, so we picked LG. This combo however (WVC9-1410W) has been a horror story. Very loud (yes the transit bolts were removed on installation), even with the additional LG vibration pads, multiple faults (door lock broke, door seal tore, drum bearing worn, tripping RCD, random leaks) and only 4 years old. This unit also always managed to shrink clothes and would often either under dry or over dry clothes, even when washing the same clothes. We have made good friends with our repairman, suggest you do the same if you buy this. Get the Bosch combo unit instead and save yourself the grief.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Shopper.101 from Sudden Water leaking after 4 years We have this combo for 4 years now but suddenly water started to leak when we use it causing our electricity to get short circuit every time, which is dangerous and risk for all our other appliances. We still don't know the cause but it just suddenly happened without any triggers like moving to a different spot. Very disappointed with their products because our LG microwave also stopped heating recently. I want their towerwash but very hesitant to buy given our experience with their products
