[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a long story with my previous washing machine ( combo - washing and drying) I finally got washing machine and dryer which work perfectly for me ! Manny programs - different to choose- including my favourite- Daily - only 39 min , fast 15 min and wash and dry 60 min . The most important is the drying option actually work and the clothes don’t have strange unpleasant smell after drying- this was my issue with previous washing machine- dryer. Very happy with my purchase , Westinghouse is definitely brand I will go for it in the future .

Follow the manufacturer's instructions for perfect wash & dry every time. The delay start means I can set to run during my free electricity hours, and the wash & dry setting means I can be out, and my clothes are dry when I get home. the dry cycle is quick (compared to my old machine), and clothes are dry without been overheated. All round a great purchase - super happy

It takes hours to dry and uses a water function to do so. The clothes never feel dry. They always have a moist element and it takes an exceptionally long time. I would never again have a dryer that uses heated water as the element to dry rather than air.

Clothes come out very winkled and will need ironing, unlike a single fuction dryer. Clothes come out very nearly dry but not 100% so don't put the machine on and take your washing out 2 days later. Quiet machine. Haven't noticed much condensation in the room either when it's been on. Overall pretty happy with it.

This machine has great pre-set functions and a spin cycle (within the pre-set cycles) that all but dries the clothes. My previous machine required to change the cycle to spin to achieve the desired effect. It also provides adjustable water temperature.

The Daily 39 minutes mode is especially impressive, as it quickly completes the wash cycle and gets clothes really clean. The spin cycle is also quite and gentle, making it a truly excellent washer.

I love the fact that I have the dryer option for if and when I need it. How is the drier side of things plumbed Heatpump style with a pull out container to empty

Great question Bard! This model is not a Heat Pump unit. It uses a combination of high spin speed and a condenser dryer mechanism to dry clothes. It has a cold water inlet, can heat it's own water for cycle use, and disposes to an outlet drain connection. It also has a drain duct for lint and maintenance, and does not require venting.
