Simply the best[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the sleek design and colour our new refrigerator. When you open the door the light is bright easy to see what's on the shelves. We have always purchased Fisher and Paykel appliances they are by far the best.
Our last refrigerator was bought back in 2004 and the only problem we had was the freezer door not closing hence a new Fisher and Paykel and this one fits into the the space perfectly. Awesome temperature control for veggies and fruits...If there is an annoying problem it shows up the finger prints so I'm continually wiping the door clean of fingerprints other than that it's the best. Thankyou F & P

Well designed fridgeThis is my second F&P fridge. I like the flexibility of shelf placements and the large vegetable bins. The freezer storage is fantastic. Loses a star because of the stainless steel finish which marks and dents easily - super annoying.

Great Decision[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read a lot of reviews on different brands of fridge/freezers. My requirements were a certain size, left hand hinge and fully adjustable shelves including door shelves (many brands have limited ability on adjusting shelves). F&P met all the requirements. Very pleased with my choice and the gods smiled on me the day I went to purchase as the local retailer had only one in stock ready for delivery. Couldn't be happier, plenty of space for one person, dead quiet and modern appearance. Would recommend to anyone!

Yes BUT[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great looking and goes well, ONE BIG PROBLEM!!!!!! The thing is NOISY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been used to quiet in my house, certainly with the occasional background appliance for a temporary time. BUT HIS MACHINE WHIRS AND GIRGLES ALL THE TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very low level of decibels - just at the point it id driving me bananas. Will have to replace it with a different brand when I cna afford to I will NOT NOT NOT get used to this. Sorry F&P No Cigar.

Why WiFi?[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge freezer does exactly what I expected it to do - keeps food cold - it looks nice, the delivery and install was great and they took my old fridge away.
I read up on it being a smart fridge and went through the not complicated procedure to connect it to the WiFi. The result is an app that enables me to adjust the temperature within my fridge from wherever I am. The only problem with that is I cannot see why I would want to.

Noisy machineBought this a couple of months ago and it is the noisiest fridge we've owned in over 20 years. When the compresor is going (which it seems to be going most of the time), it is a really annoying rattle and hiss. Had F&P service man around who said it was normal. And trying to get a second opinion has fallen on deaf ears. No-one in F&P will get back in contact with us or Harvey Norman who are also trying to chase them to get this resolved.

So far so good![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good - the veggie drawers really do keep things fresh and the door shelves allow for lots of extra storage where you can actually find things. Haven't had to clean it yet so can't comment on that side of things. Why did I give it four stars and not five? Hard to say. I think the door is a little stiff to open and it's always good to leave room for improvement!

Very pleased[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we are very pleased with our purchase of our freestanding refrigerator freezer. It is the right size for us and a good replacement for the previous Westinghouse unit that we had, being that little bit larger. The slid out drawers are great for us as older users and the fact that we could get it with a left hand opening door was just what we wanted.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. A staff member will contact you where this occurs.

If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store.
