As you would expect
Replaced a Samsung french door that was only 18months old that we were bitterly dissatisfied with (crisper would always fill with water despite multiple repairs) we are really happy with this fridge, very well lit inside and although you need both doors open to access sliding shelves you do get the benefit of more storage and you generally needed both sides at the same time when the drawers were split in our old fridge anyway. Water is always cold and the freezer drawers seem better made than our old fridge as well. Only issue we have is being in a rural area we do get mice at times and the design of the evaporator is such that you will never get a dead mouse out of it - there really should be some sort of vented cover over the back which is vermin proof if you can’t fit a more conventional easy clean/access evaporator for the water.

Love our Fisher & Paykel French Door Fridge

We are very pleased with this refrigerator , the look, style and the workings . We chose the darker stainless steel and it looks great and fits in well with our other appliances. The only negative we have, it did not come with an egg tray which seems odd.

Design and functionality that just works

The difference in style, design and functionality of the F & P is very apparent. It just works so much better....from the large freezer drawer below, to the generous space in the fridge cabinet above. We also love the easy design of the temperature settings for separate compartments

Excellent choice, no regrets.

Ice maker is good, chilled water also v good because I hated the idea of other fridges with their huge heavy thick door containing ice maker. Dark stainless steel looks great but need to keep a soft cloth handy to wipe off marks. Handles are a practical choice here.

Excellent upgrade for cold water and ice maker
After years of using our previous fridge, we finally had the opportunity to upgrade to a fridge with a water dispenser and automatic ice-maker. We are very happy with this purchase as it is almost identical to the previous model, but includes the plumbed water and ice maker. Having the ice maker in the freezer has been working great and we don't lose as much fridge space as we had seen on other models.

Love the look and size.

I prefer the look of the freezer draw but practically the two doors would be better for me as stuff gets buried in the draw.

A great fridge for the whole family
We love our new french door fridge with filtered water and ice maker and the black stainless steel looks amazing. It’s so easy to find anything in this fridge with the double opening doors. The freezer drawers are perfect to store all the frozen foods. There are loads of great features and no finger marks make my day every day!

Very nice, functional and well designed fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great looking fridge, bought in black stainless steel, not quite fingerprint resistant but easy enough to wipe down. Light in freezer very handy although space is a down grade from my Fisher Paykel predecessor unfortunately. The ice making function is handy and that it can be turned off is even better. Cool filtered water is great and we haven’t had any issues with water dripping after use as some people have reported on this and similar models, no issues at all. The bottom slimline drawers are handy for small goods saving for a messy fridge and good deep shelves on the doors. Veggie bins also a little smaller than my previous fridge and would be great if the drawer was split so they work independently and then you don’t have to open both doors to get to them. Overall, it’s super quiet and aesthetically pleasing and not too chunky and heavy looking like some other brands. Hoping it goes the distance like the one I’ve just replaced - which was still going strong at 22 years old.

By far the best fridge I've ever had. The ice maker makes solid, good sized ice blocks. I took out the small ice catcher box so the larger box fills up and now I always have ice for my ice buckets and esky.
