A mixed bag. Nice design. Performance issues.[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was reluctant to buy the fridge due to the mix of reviews. We took the punt. Price is good. Design is good with one exception. Right side fruit/vege draw can't open with only one door open. You have to open both doors whereas the left draw only needs one door to open. Minor issue but it lets too much cold air out.
The second and major issue is the big temperature variation. I ended up buying and putting a fridge thermometer in it and the temp inside varies from 1 degree C to 10 degree C. It's too much variation and 10 degree is too high for keeping food fresh. I am regretting the purchase.

Great brand and elegant & stylish refrigeratorWe bought this refrigerator for a new primary & main use at home in addition to a current smaller outdated Westinghouse old one. My wife and I never thought to buy other brands rather than Westinghouse, so we made our instant quick decision to buy another new Westinghouse refrigerator this time as well because we are more than happy with the current old one for more than 15 years which is still working well. The dark stainless steel finish is great and elegant. We like the removable wine bottle rack offering a great place to store & cool beverages. It is spacious and stylish ensuring there is enough space to store bulky foods.

Great appearance but unreliable performanceWe purchased this fridge just over 2 years ago and it looked great in our new home. The filtered water and ice maker were a real treat. Within the first year the thermostat required replacement and now, just past the 2 year warranty it has had 2 more rounds of repairs including replacement of the main board. Within 5 days of this repair, the fridge has failed again. We had waited 7 weeks for the parts and repair. Fortunately we purchased extended warranty and will be making a claim for a full refund. We will not purchase another Westinghouse refrigerator.

Quality is great but lacks proper crisper spaceThis fridge is of a great colour and is really well made. It’s also quiet. Visually, it looks good in my kitchen.
The downside for me, is that the two crispers are relatively shallow and small. There’s only two of us in the household and we can only fit half of our weekly fruit and vegetable shop into both crispers. Personally, I would not recommend this fridge to a family which is likely to have more storage needs than a single person or couples-household.
This fridge would well serve a household that either does not have a lot of groceries and/or one that also has a second fridge catering to overflow needs.

Great product and serviceI bought this 2 weeks ago fridge I great freezer is a little smal but honestly I bought this online without seeing it and I kinda expected it to not be as big as my old one cause there completely different styles and dimensions. It works really well runs smoothly I have herd on occasion a slick click or like louder then normal humming clicking sound but that was only like once or twice so not actually concerned. It was easy to set up and design is amazing for my space. I also enjoy the feature of the wine rack aswell as the option to remove it if necessary. The lockable case on the door is great aswell as you can store medicine in it without worrying and young ones might get to it.

Disappointing to say the leastWe bought this fridge for our new kitchen. Biggest mistake we ever made. You can’t remove the crisper draws without removing the bottom door shelves. The fridge rattles when it is cooling despite it all being level. The draws in the freezer are useless and you cannot even store a turkey in them. Any larger items are difficult to store. The freezer doors have a really bad habit of not closing and you have to slam them to make sure they shut or you find your freezer defrosting. It would be more use to have the alarm on the freezer doors than the fridge door. The ice tray makes ice well but is difficult to remove due to the design. One thing I do like is the rack for wine and bottles.

Perfect Fridge for older style 900mm openings.Hi we purchased the fridge about a month ago, our options were limited as we had an older style home with a 900mm fridge recess, we were very happy to have had the choice of the Westinghouse and wasn't forced to settle for an inferior brand,
The fridge is an upgrade from our old two door and it is perfect for our needs.
we were looking for a black fridge to match with the existing kitchen.
we so happy with the fridge that we have decided to upgrade the oven. cooktop and dishwasher to the Westinghouse black SS range to match.

Looks Class[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with our purchase. Fridge is great. Takes a little getting use to with the doors as use to wider and deeper but over all plenty of space. Wine rack has been great especially over Xmas as extra storage. Veggies keep well in storage draws. Over all love the fridge. The freezer I am struggling with as the draws are very small. Cannot even fit a pizza in. We are just a couple and ordering say lite n easy it would not all fit in with the few bits I have. Wish I paid more attention to freezer size, but was having difficulty finding something to fit within alcove space.
The appliance itself looks great, fridge I love. Freezer just too small.
