disappointingTook delivery yesterday and disappointing, water dispenser doesn't work and yes the child safety lock isn't on. Rang for assistance and they are sending a Tech out in 2 weeks the person on the phone said in the mean time try turning it off and back on again it might fix the problem, ha ha I doubt that!!
The ice dispenser is pathetic one is in the door and one is standing free on the shelf in like a box thing and both leak when filled up so water goes everywhere ! My previous westinghouse fridge had a dairy compartment and this one doesnt have one. Not happy at all with it and I thought I was upgrading I would rather my older fridge.

Great unit for the price[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this unit as it was on sale at a very attractive price. One receipt of the unit. we found it to be quite noisy and still do particularly compared to our previous 20 year-old Westinghouse. I have read some reviews that stated a high failure rate on this unit and that it did not reach the supposed temperatures. I was also sceptical of some of the temperatures shown but purchased a thermometer to check the fridge and freezer and it does seem to be on point so as it stands for the price paid it suits it’s purpose very well.

Very disappointing layout.We needed to replace our previous side by side Westinghouse fridge quickly. (It was Christmas Day). Wish we had checked it out further
The comparison with the previous one is a major disappointment.
Narrower and less flexible .
Fridge door: Only 4 shelves and non adjustable.
Area to store cheeses gone.
Fridge interior. No small under top shelf drawer for meats .
Freezer door. Unable to move shelves. An ice cube maker and tray that makes small ice blocks. It cannot be removed and replaced with a shelf so again more lost usable space.

Dud of a fridgeThis fridge is the worst ever. The Cool water storage leaked after 4 months. It is also a pain to refill as there is absolutely no room to pour anything, we have to use a funnel. The freezer leaks and creates a sheet of ice at the bottom, yes we try not to block the vents but it does not help. The ice Cube Box that floats around is the stupidest design ever, you cannot access the cube tray, you just keep twisting until they fall out. At 5 degrees in the fridge you will find things freezing at the back.

619L side by side fridgeGot delivery just b4 Xmas.. so far so good. Replaced my French door so getting used to where to place things. Lots of room. Love all the ice compartments and the fact that you can remove the portable one from the top shelf when not required in winter. Makes the noises that is says it will but it is not noisy. So far it's good. Great price.. Only disappointment was they would not deliver it into my house. They left it outside my door so I had to remove the packaging and bring it into the house... only 1 step into the house via the front door or internal garage? Understand it was busy just b4 Xmas... but was asked all these questions when booking in the delivery and they left it outside the house?
All the Westinghouse appliances I have purchased are great... love my oven as well 👍

Broken down twice. Waiting again!!.Purchased 18 months ago. Broken down due to known fault where element freezes up and everything stops working. Had it repaired by Electrolux through local repair guy (under warranty). He Tells me this model breaks down all the time. Mine is now broken again within 24 hours. Same issue. Everything defrosted and not cooling. Lost two lots of frozen food now. Very disappointed and waiting another 24-48 hours again for the ‘escalation team’ to contact me. What a nightmare. I’d expect better service.
