Standard Installation does not include plumbing for fridges with ice and water dispensers. To discuss these and any other additional requirements, please contact your local Harvey Norman store to obtain a quote.
*1 You must be within a 30km radius of a Harvey Norman store or additional charges apply. Installation includes connection to existing power socket only where no alterations or additional fittings are required. Installation excludes additional plumbing for fridges with ice and water, or changes to fridge door hinges in order to swap door opening sides. Any alterations to cabinetry, flooring or fittings will be the purchaser’s sole responsibility to arrange required modifications with a suitable provider. Complex or difficult jobs may require additional charges. On site evaluation is carried out at time of service, and it is at the providers sole discretion as to whether install can be completed. There may be restrictions, additional costs or inability to provide services for locations that are rural or on remote islands.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. A staff member will contact you where this occurs.
If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. We'll even pay for the postage if you live in an area where there is no store. Our returns policy covers any purchased item ( conditions apply).
