Rated 3 out of 5 by from Slippery, fiddly, less impressive sound than Bose Ok, so I jumped from Bose and finally purchased Apple. First findings - slippery case and very fiddly and hard to get piece out of the magcase. ear piece has no weight and feels incredibly cheap. Sounds flat and dull (no treble) compared to my Bose Quietcomfort II. Would not stay in my ears and keep loosing seal Mid findings - changed the ear grommet to a better fit, you eventually adjust to the lower less impressive sound, and you sort of find a way to get them in and out without loosing them. Occasionally falls out of ears and still keeps loosing seal and some of the sound insulation effectiveness. No adjustments like other brands but much better when it comes to connecting to apple gear.

So far I have imported my hearing assessment from the Audiologist and the AirPods are assisting my hearing of higher pitched voices & sounds. A worthwhile purchase combining music player & hearing aid.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love my AirPods Pros! I finally broke down replaced my second-hand (from my kids) AirPods with AirPod Pros, and I am so glad I did. They are perfect in every respect. They stay in the ears pretty well even during my hardest workouts (burpees) - not perfectly but most of the time, and if they come out you can usually sense it before they fall out to readjust. The controls are easy - I use the pause button a lot to give me extra time to adjust the weights for my Les Mills On Demand workouts. I use mine now as a headset for my Teams calls when I work from home and they are perfect. The sound is so amazing - it does not even feel like it is coming from outside the ear but more like just around you. I am glad I finally felt I was worth the investment! I can't wait to test these during my next long-haul trip!

It’s comfy and lightweight on the ears - sometimes you don’t realise you are wearing them. The noice cancellation is well above par, better than my other high end branded ones. Spatial sound is another great feature, makes listening to music very enjoyable. Case is slick and fits comfortably in pocket and not bulge. Battery is pretty good with in case and mag charging. Which I had this earlier!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from IF YOURE IN BETWEEN - JUST PICK THE PRO I had the original version from many years ago. Decided to upgrade and picked the third generation product (using my Telstra points). They were a massive improvement on the original (obviously). Then decided to treat myself to the pros: mainly for the noise cancellation feature and WOW. The pros are incredible. From noise cancellation, to sound quality, to audio control using the buds themselves. I’m so happy I decided to get the pros. If you’re undecided, just get the apple AirPods Pro.

Thanks for your question Jose. Yes, the AirPods Pro (2nd Generation) with USB‑C MagSafe Case does include a USB-C cable. MagSafe Charging Case can be charged with with USB-C, MagSafe or Qi wireless chargers. Trust this helps!
