Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product This is my fourth Targus iPad cover and I love it as much as the other three. No other manufacturers offer this much quality and the VersaVu 360 viewing is the best. This cover is heavy duty and really holds up, I had my last one four years before I had to replace it and I use my iPad a lot for work and leisure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Durable and protective [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my Targus VersaVu iPad case for a few days now and am happy to report that I am impressed with it. The protective covering is durable, yet soft to the touch. It adds very little weight to the package and fits my iPad Air perfectly. The magnetic closure keeps the case shut securely until I'm ready to use my iPad. The VersaVu was easy to use right out of the box. The iPad snaps securely in place and can be rotated 360 degrees once its installed. I have used a number of Targus products in the past and am pleased that they continue to emphasize durability, functionality, and quality in their products.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pencil doesn't charge First, I love Targus products and have used them for almost 30 years. However, I was not very satisfied with this case. It did for the iPad very well but that's where the compliments stop unfortunately. I didn't like the feel of the material on the outside, feels rather fake and this cheap. But more important, the Apple Pencil holder does not charge the pencil like it advertises. So every night I have to take the iPad out of the case to charge the pencil. I have since purchased a different case, that is not Targus.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this case. No issue w charging apple pencil I have had previous versavu cases and was not able to get my apple pencil to charge without taking the case off. This new model works great. I have not had trouble charging the pencil and it fits nicely in the groove. Also the magnetic flap folds over it just fine when closing case. I have the new 2020 ipad pro 12.9 4th generation

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Updated design is still a winner A new iPad meant it was time to replace my case too, and I went back to Targus since I wanted the same style. Free-standing portrait mode is a feature I didn't want to lose. But on the new case, I was worried seeing the wrap-around elastic strap was replaced with just a small tab. Turns out the new version is an improvement after all. When open, it doesn't flop around but attaches to the other side of the case with a magnet. There is still a strip of elastic but that becomes a comfy grip to hold the iPad in an open palm, which is something the old version didn't have. It feels thicker than the old case and the rotation is stiffer, almost too stiff. But it's a worthy successor.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great with one issue. Great, except.... Love my case. The one problem is that you can't charge the Apple Pencil with the case on. Total design failure. Targus needs to invent some magnet thing to place in the Pencil cutout that will enable charging without taking the case off. Other than that, it's the perfect case.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from love it, but one major flaw... Great case, build quality is very good. Like the magnetic strap, keeps pencil secure. The only problem...Pencil connection with the case is intermittent. This is a big issue as just placing the pencil in case slot for it does not always mean it is charging. A fix must be identified.
