The last case you need to buy!
OtterBox defender cases always worked really good. I’ve always bought them from my phone. To give you a good testimony on how good the OtterBox defender series cases are. I first bought my iPhone 4 and bought a otterbox defender series case. I wanted to make an insurance claim on my phone so I can get it replaced and I thought I would ran over my phone with the OtterBox case on it with my propane track, which I was fully loaded. I ran over my phone, not once but twice with my truck and nothing happened to it.

Measurement Issue
I love Otterbox since it’s very durable and timeless. However, upon receiving my Defender Series for the iPhone 17 PM, I noticed that the cut wasn’t very exact. Putting the case on the phone, I noticed that there was still a bit of the phone’s silver frame showing at the top portion where the screen meets the phone’s body. It is a measurement issue. I did write to Otterbox immediately about the issue but I didnt get a reply back. I was hoping to get a replacement cause it might have been a defect.

I bought the defender pro for iphone 17 pro max. The inner case is flimsy as it moves when u hold it hard like it is not very strong. The quality has depreciated immensely for the price we pay for Otterbox

Hard/soft hybrid cases are still bad
No coverage for the camera bump, silicone sleeve is loose and constantly peels off, plastic frame is fragile.

Disappointed but good product
Disappointed. Our other phones had lifeproof for years and came out looking brand new for trad in. Thought these cases were sealed and disappointed the camera area allows dirt and debris in. Also the cover for the charge port opens hard and forces a lot of angular pressure to engage and remove the cable in and out of the slot. The end result will be damage to the cable and likely the phone side plug as well.

Thee Best
This is my third defender case. They’ve protected my last two iPhones and now my 17 pro max. They’ve taken many hard falls, in and out of the house. Not a crack or scratch. The only thing I wish they’d add is a sliding screen for the back camera. This addition would make this case perfect. I don’t know how that keeps being overlooked.
