Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great improvement of an already great product I have been an Otterbox Defender user for many years. I have never incurred an incident that damaged my phone because of how well the Defender protection system works. However, the silicone cover would grow and deteriorate over time from body oil and other oils. This would cause me to have to purchase another case. (Total disclosure, I typically don’t upgrade my iPhone until it’s 4 or more years old). The Defender Pro XT doesn’t have that silicon cover which will alleviate that issue. Also MagSafe charging works flawlessly with this case. I have found no issues with phone functionality using the Pro XT. With or without the holster this is a well designed product. Otterbox has hit a home run on this one! Love the look also verses the black silicone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst purchase ever. I would give more stars, but they rejected my last negative review. I do not like the case as the back scratches very easily! My mag safe charger has significantly scratched the clear back. It makes my phone look bad. Cool case if you’re super careful with your iPhone! But if you’re that careful. You probably don’t need a defender case in the first place. I’m still waiting on my replacement. One without a clear back.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from good protection but not comfortable As described and seems like it protects phone really well, Otterbox is always my go to. My main issue with this case is that the ridges near the charging port are very uncomfortable on my pinky with the way I naturally hold my phone and causes pain, so I will be returning and likely ordering a different series.
