Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good, but size/alignment concerns. Easy installation but no videos on the linked QR code. Has to look at previous year’s videos to understand install. The glass is a bit too small or the install chamber is misaligned as it’s slightly off centre and at certain angles you can see the screen underneath the glass. I’m ok paying for a premium product but this missed the mark a bit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love Zagg! I have been using zagg for the last 12 plus years and every time I get a new phone or the screen cracks the convenience of getting a new one is so simple! Although it was a process putting the new screen on. Not going to lie my ocd was like no it’s not straight or there’s a bubble. But the new box that helps you put on your screen is absolutely amazing!! Great job zagg for creating such an easy and thoughtless process! My screen looks like it’s just apart of the phone! No bubbles, completely straight, and no lifting edges! So thank you for making the process even easier!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good product, poor application process The Zagg Glass kit for the Apple iPhone 17 Pro comes with a tray that aids in the proper application of the glass onto the phone. Even after following the instructions, the application of the glass resulted in several bubbles under the glass. The glass was perfectly centered onto the phone. After several unsuccessful attempts to push out the bubbles, I had to resort to partially removing the glass and reapplying it to eliminate any bubbles for a clean install. The actual glass is excellent, but the application procedure is lacking.

They have saved 3 iPhone screens I thought were busted under the ZAGG protector. The newest one for the iPhone Pro 17 is quite thicker compared to the 14 model they sold even. Highly recommend ZAGG!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Installation Not Easy After pulling out the strip that is supposed to make the screen protector adhere to the phone screen, there was a huge bubble in the middle of the screen protector. Nothing in the instructions addressed this problem. I rubbed my fingers over and over the bubble many times. The bubble slowly moved toward the bottom of the phone and became smaller. At the same time, other, smaller bubbles appeared. I again rubbed my fingers over the bubbles and they eventually disappeared. So much for an easy “magical” installation. My advice for anyone reading this comment is to use more than “gentle” pressure when pulling out the strip. Perhaps that will make a difference. The only reason I didn’t rate the product lower is because I believe the quality of the screen protector is extremely good.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Blocks phone screen from recognizing touch I haven’t dropped my phone or dropped anything on it, so I can’t say how well the screen is protected. So far so good. What I give it 3 stars for is it often prevents the phone screen from registering the touch of my finger, especially towards the edges. I often have to tap multiple times before my phone picks up on the skin contact because the screen protector buffers it too much. It’s pretty annoying. This is my first screen protector from Zagg, so I don’t know if their others are the same way too.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed with the XTR5 I had the XTR3 for my previous iPhone 15 Pro and I absolutely loved it, I did have to get it replaced a couple of times but overall it felt like a strong quality screen protector. I ordered the XTR5 for my new iPhone 17 Pro thinking it will be a nice upgraded screen protector, and I am very disappointed with my experience so far. Not only is it much “darker” than I expected it to be, so I have to keep my phone’s brightness up higher than usual and it drains my battery more, but I dropped the phone ONE time only 5 days after my purchase from literally only about 2 feet off the ground while sitting down on a bench and it even had a Tech 21 impact case on it, and the entire XTR5 screen protector shattered. Now I’ll have to order a replacement so soon after purchase, and to be honest I was not expecting that, I think it needs to be stronger than that, my XTR3 took way harder falls without cracking. Honestly I’m not even sure if I want a replacement if this is the quality it will be, I might just rather try to get a refund and get my money back, I haven’t decided yet.
