The spec states memory up to 16GB but the actual memory on board is 12GB. What additional cost is it to have full 16GB memory.
Thanks for reaching out. We can confirm that Apple only offer 16GB RAM on iPad Pro 11" models with 1TB storage or higher. All models below this storage capacity have 12GB RAM.
