poor after sales service
i bought this product and after 16 days it blew the safety switch in the meter box, i only used this oven grill 5 times to cook bacon only used the main oven once, phoned harvey norman morayfield spoke to conner told me i was 2 days over the 14 days returns policy, told me they would send the technician had to wait 2 weeks for him to arrive, he said grill element faulty had to get part from victoria now i have to wait another 2 weeks for him to repair. I have shopped at harvey norman for many years will not shop there ever again, very dissapointed in there returns policy ie 2 days after the returns policy,

NOT HAPPY
I bought this ovens about 5 years ago. Had it replaced after 3 weeks because the kmobs were getting hot and bending the plastic.
The runners that help pull out the griller fell apart and I had these metal balls falling everywhere.
Now I just found out my oven only goes up to 100 degrees.
I only bought this oven because I wanted gas top and elec oven and needed to be 54cm.
The replacement oven is sure NOT GOING TO BE A EUROMAID.
