Rated 1 out of 5 by from Just not a good option to my daughter The packaging of pillow is not very hygienic and professional, it just simply packed in a cotton bag with a zip, and it made in oversea not in NZ. my daughter is very allergic to dust mites, and she slept on that pillow for 2 nights and had a severe allergic rash on her face that recovered after she stopped using the pillow. So I had to returned it, but thank you for the Return Service of Harvey Norman.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Smaller, but now with internal cover. Purchased in-store. The other reviewer is correct; the pillow is smaller than it used to be. It's now significantly shorter than a standard pillow and therefore won't fill a standard pillowcase properly. Not sure why they've done this. However, there is also an improvement: The latex is now encased in an additional cotton sheath. It used to be just the raw latex pillow inside the zipped protector. You still get the protector, but now there's another layer inside. I like this. It prevents the latex from being torn when the protector is taken off and also lets you use it without the protector. I never liked the protector due to it being quite stiff and interfering with the softness of the pillow. I used to put the raw pillow inside a second soft pillowcase, and now with the new design I won't have to. The sheath is very soft. Still the same excellent soft foam and perfect depth for belly sleepers, but if you want a full width pillow look elsewhere.
