Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. bought k&q July 2020. Went back 29/8/24 bought some more - k&q only just washed king to c what they are like & to start using gave my son his for birthday, but just washed & put on bed nov 2024 - very diff to 2020 - have gone fluffy -has product changed?

Do these sheets wrinkle?

Hi Maureen, The sheets will get some wrinkling from going into a dryer. The manufacturer recommends to tumble dry cool or line dry in shade. A warm iron is required. We hope this helps with your query
