Rated 3 out of 5 by Jacqui from Grinding gouges and creaky base The rustic look unexpectantly had some deep grinding gouges that seemed like someone didn't know how to use a sander. I'm told this is part of the look and intended. The base is made up of a couple of flimsy rails that the slats fit over rather than a sturdy center rail. These move and cause the bed to creak when you move which is very disappointing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by hoodfamily from Love Our New Bed We looked at a number of bed frames in a similar price bracket as this and none were as nice. We liked that there were no gaps in the wood and it has a rustic solid look to it. Was easy to put together and we have had no problems so far.

Easy returns

If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. We'll even pay for the postage if you live in an area where there is no store. Our returns policy covers any purchased item ( conditions apply).
