Rated 2 out of 5 by Katie E from Decent frame but frustrating to put together The bed frame itself is nice enough, however opening the boxes and actually putting it together could not have been more frustrating. The one-page instructions are extremely unclear, and in fact, incorrect. The bolts and screws that came in the box were either missing or just wrong. We had to contact Harvey Norman to get what we thought were the correct bolts, and even the “correct” ones didn’t match what was listed in the instructions. For example, it said to put a 35mm bolt through one of the sides, but the side was not 35mm wide—so the bolt would be screwed right through the wood. It also came with washers and bolts, yet nowhere in the instructions did it say where to use them. It also didn’t say how to finalize and use the gas lift to make it functioning; we had to Google it and figure it out. For the price we paid, we were disappointed in the result. Even now, there are not correct bolts screwed in (or they’re missing) but we got it functional.
