If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. We'll even pay for the postage if you live in an area where there is no store. Our returns policy covers any purchased item ( conditions apply).

Questions & Answers

We have been trying to find out if the handles on the Riversdale tallboy can be swopped out but there has been no reply since our visit to the Nelson store and enquiry on 11 July. We are interested in purchasing the tallboy to match our bed.Thankyou.

Hi Pegeen. Yes you can change the handles on the Riversdale range. The manufacturer uses handles from Elite Hardware. You can select suitable handles from their website and it can be made with the handles you select. Alternatively, it can be made with no handles or drill holes, so you can put on your own handles if you wish. When ordering you just let your sales person know what handles you would like it to be made in. Hope this helps
