Buyer beware of so-called "rustic" look
Buyer beware of so-called "rustic" look - it is nothing like the pictures and there is nothing rustic about it. I purchased this headboard withought knowing that it hd a "rustic" finish - once I received it I did find one online advert that showed the "roughsawn" finish - it actually didn't look too bad. HOWEVER ... what I got was NOTHING like that! It looked like the top of the headboard had been damaged in manufacture and had random patches of what look like just large dents across the top. The staff at the shop communicated with the manufacturer but their response was "it is what it is". When I sent a video to the shop of what my headboard looks like compared to the advert, all communication suddenly stopped. Very unhappy with this product and customer service from the manufacturer. Not at all what I was expecting.
