how do i get this mattress fixed? i bought one a couple years ago from te rapa, and its got a permanent dip on one side, the middle raised, and this is despite us following the instructions from the store person about rotating every couple of weeks.

Hi there. At times freshly made mattresses can have a slight smell due to the glue and foams used in the manufacture of them. Some people who are sensitive to smell may be affected, but this is not common. If you find a new mattress has a smell, we do recommend airing your mattress to help remove the odour. If you have any ongoing concerns, please contact the store you purchased from to let them know about the issue. We trust this helps with your query
