Terms & Conditions:

1. The Bonus Offer of a Harvey Norman Bonus Gift Card (“Bonus Gift Card”) up to the value of $500.00, is available for customers spending at least $1,200.00 on two or more Eligible Laundry Appliances, or an LG Washtower and Haier Laundry Centre in a single transaction at any Harvey Norman store or online during the Promotional Period (“Bonus Offer Promotion”).

2. Eligible Laundry Appliances means, laundry centre, washer dryer combo and washtowers  from the following brands:

• AEG
• Bosch
• LG
• Electrolux
• Westinghouse
• Haier 
• Hisense 
• Whirlpool

("Eligible Laundry Appliances")

3. A Bonus Gift Card will be issued based on the following tier system for total purchase amounts:

4. The total purchase amounts are the total value of two or more Eligible Laundry Appliances purchased, and excludes delivery, installation and Product Care fees and the appliances and sales types set out in clause 6.

5. The Bonus Offer Promotion is only valid for purchases of Eligible Laundry Appliances from Harvey Norman New Zealand retail and outlet stores or online at www.harveynorman.co.nz. Customers must purchase two or more Eligible Laundry Appliances with the total purchase amount being at least $1,200.00 (“Eligible Purchases”).

6. The following appliances and sales types are excluded from this Bonus Offer Promotion:

• factory second laundry appliances
• all spare parts and accessories
• commercial sales
• bulk or project purchases
• excluded brands are Miele, Neff, Samsung and Fisher & Paykel

7. The Bonus Offer Promotion is only valid for Eligible Purchases made during the period commencing 9.00am Wednesday 1st July through to 11.59pm Tuesday 14th July 2026 (“the Promotional Period”).

8. Eligible Purchase(s) must be recorded on one single invoice and must be paid for in full or have authorised finance terms in place. All Eligible Purchases must be delivered or collected by the customer before 5.00pm Tuesday 11th August 2026 (“Final Collection/Delivery Date”).

9. For instore purchases, a Bonus Gift Card will be issued to the customer at the time of purchase and will be activated by the store once the goods have been collected or delivered. For online purchases, the Bonus Gift Card will be issued to the customer at the time of collection or on delivery of the goods.

10. If the Eligible Purchase is cancelled and/or refunded, the unused Bonus Gift Card must be returned to Harvey Norman. If the Bonus Gift Card cannot be returned because it has been used partially or fully, Harvey Norman retains the right to recover the full Bonus Gift Card amount by way of deduction from the refunded purchase amount.

11. Harvey Norman Bonus Gift Cards are issued on receipt of goods, are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in the transaction in which it is issued. If goods are refunded, then the gift card must be returned (if unused) or the value of the gift card will be deducted from the refunded amount.
