Rated 5 out of 5 by from Deep cuts I have used it on rubber to make my own stamps. Blade cuts perfect. Just make sure you're cutting mat is new so the piece you want to cut off won’t move. I’m happy with the product.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Doesn't Work As Advertised - Software Unavailable I bought this blade since online via Cricut's descriptions it says that it is for thicker materials. The software is so incredibly limiting for no reason! I am choosing to cut specifically what Cricut suggests (heavy cardstock, posterboard, etc), but the machine will only allow me to choose a "fine point blade"---which does not cut all the way through my materials no matter the variations I attempt. The deep point blade does cut through--but even on the 'less' setting--it chews deep into my mat. Which is ruining my mat and likely dulling the blade too. Why advertise to use this product--when you can't actually choose or adjust for it when cutting? I've googled around looking for help, but to no avail.

I work in a factory for kitchen cabinets. Long story short I work with veneer every day. I decided to give it a try. I love it. I definitely need more practice but looking forward to seeing what I can make with it.
