[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product. Easy to cut and easy to weed. The color is vibrant. I do feel that it comes out better with thicker letters and darker colored mugs. The effect is great, but it's more stunning with the darker background.

Colour change only when heated
Probably my fault but I expected this to change colour when cool but it only changes when heated, and not very noticeably so not suitable for my intended use (water bottle)

If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store.
