The Corners Of The Mat Eventually Curl Up
The top corners of this mat tend to start curling up with repeated use. They started making a “cracking” sound when they start going through my new Joy Extra, and soon I noticed that both corners were curled up, soon making it impossible to use the mat that way. The same thing happened eventually when I started putting the other end first. I think this is a design error in the machine, because I never experienced this problem with my smaller Joy.

So excited to cut a full size sheet of paper
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought many kinds but Cricut mats are by far the best. Love that this mat holds and 8.5x11 sheet of paper. The Joy Extra is the perfect size.

Why are my Joy Xtra mats bending the corner?
I have 3 Joy Xtra mats and with the first use they have all ended up with a bent top right corner with the first use. The problem is, with that bent corner they do not feed easily.

May bends at corners
The mat bends at the corners making it extremely difficult to feed. It's quite frustrating and makes loud crackling sounds and prevents the cut from occurring appropriately.

Worst Mats or Joy Xtra
This mat just like my other Circuit mat for Joy xtra makes the machine make loud popping sounds and the mat bends. I have never had any problem like this with my other 3 Cricut machines. Either the mats are bad, or the machine is bad.

Bent corners
Love Cricut products. Typically they are high quality. Unfortunately I bought 6 Joy Xtra mats and ALL of the mats have bent in the corners after the first use. They now make a loud noise when being used. I thought it was just me, but what I see many people have this same problem. Hopefully Cricut can remedy this problem!
