Rated 1 out of 5 by from Amazing until it breaks. This was super handy until it wasn’t. It broke after a week of use. I was really careful with it compared to the recommended use (wrapping the legs around things etc, that would have been even worse) yet 2/3 legs snapped (then it’s useless). It’s taken 3 weeks and I’m still waiting for a replacement or refund. So it’s taken longer for a replacement/refund than it took for the thing to break. Great for maybe a couple of uses but that’s about it. When I returned it (after waiting 25minutes in line) I was told this wasn’t the first one to have issues.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. A staff member will contact you where this occurs.

If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store.
