For this camera to work, what do I need to buy separately for it to work straight away?

Hi Gary, to use it straight away, you’ll need to purchase a microSD card separately (up to 32GB, Class 10 recommended) as it does not have built-in storage for saving photos or videos. A camera case or pouch is also recommended for protection, and an extra battery is a useful optional add-on for extended use.

What resolution are the images taken in on this camera, it says 1080p HD video resolution in the specs and description but doesn't state the resolution of the images.

Thanks for your question Rosie. Image resolution can be updated in the menu, and ranges from 10MP up to 44MP. Your exposure settings, colour balance, ISO and F stop, and more will also impact overall image quality and noise. Trust this helps! ^CO

how do I transfer photos from the camera into my android

Thanks for your question. You cannot transfer image/video files between Camera and Mobile device directly. You need to transfer the files to a computer via USB type-C cable, or by removing the micro SD card from the camera, and plugging into a card reader. ^CO

When i turn the camera on for the first time it, then turns off immediately and switches to the have a good day title and turns off. How do i turn it on and work it?

Thanks for your question. We suggest to check the battery charge, if it's need charge before use, please use the type-C cable and USB connection to charge the camera. When the camera indicator light is red, it means the camera is charging. When the camera light goes out, it means the camera is fully charged. (Or the camera has no battery installed or the battery is not in place. Please note: For first use, please use the camera after fully charged. Hope this helps with your query.
