Not Frameo Compatible
Despite the name Frameo it is not compatible with the Frameo app. It’s a perfectly good digital photo frame nut the name is misleading.

Good value for the price
Works well, displays the photos well. Reason for 4 stars: it only accepts horizontal photos, you end up cropping your vertical photos manually into a horizontal shape; otherwise it distorts the vertical image

Gift of a Jackson digital photo frame
The digital photo frame is slim, I like the compact style. I have opened it desire it being a gift. I haven’t tried it out but purchased a USB Stick to upload photos to. Excited to give this as a gift

Is there a limit for uploading pictures or do you have to have a subscription for 10+ to be uploaded?
Thanks for your question Molly! While, you can only upload a maximum 10 images with a regular Frameo, or up to 100 with a Frameo+ subscription, this is not a compatible Frameo model,and is a Jackson Digital Frame only. Photos need to be loaded via SD Card. Trust this helps clarify! ^CO

I have bought Jackson Frameo 10" Digital Photo Frame - Black (DPF1069) from you for a present. They told me there was no instructions how to use the app or connect to wife. Can you please help and give some details how to do this, thank you.
