We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. The Frameo app includes instructions and features a guide mode, which helps you get set-up and familiar with how to connect to a frame, add friends, and send photos to a frame. You can find this after installing and loading the app, or in the settings menu under 'Guide'. Trust this helps! ^CO

I have number of photos stored on usb sticks can I plus these in and download the photos onto my frameo

Great question! The Jackson Frameo 10" Digital Photo Frame, users can upload photos and videos wirelessly via the Frameo app though their phone or tablet, the unit does not support SD cards and USB sticks. Hope this helps^RR

Is there a limit for uploading pictures or do you have to have a subscription for 10+ to be uploaded?

Thanks for your question Molly! Yes, you can only upload a maximum of 10 images at a time with a regular Frameo account. A Frameo+ subscription removes the limit and will allow up to 100 images to be loaded at once. Trust this helps clarify! ^CO
