We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. Easy returns

If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. Hi Samy, the frame does have a microSD card slot, and it supports external memory expansion up to 32GB via microSD card.

Does this take an sd card or do you have to upload via the app?

Thankyou for your question. The Jackson Frameo 10" Digital Photo Frame doesn’t support SD cards. Instead, you upload photos and videos wirelessly using the Frameo app on your phone or tablet.

Will this frame allow us to upload to it live from anywhere, We are wanting a gift that allows up to upload photos as they happen direct to the recipiants frame

Hi David, yes, the Jackson Frameo 10" Digital Photo Frame allows you to upload photos directly to the recipient's frame from anywhere in the world. Using the free Frameo app, available for both iOS and Android devices, you can send photos and short videos instantly over Wi-Fi.
